Reverend Dr. Stephen J. Russell, Jr., was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he received his early education. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1994 from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, with a major in Criminal Justice and minor in African-American History. Upon entering the workforce Dr. Russell’s passion for people led him to pursue a career as a crisis intervention specialist for at risk families.

On Monday, August 3, 2026, at The Woodlands Golf Course. This signature event will bring together community partners, businesses, and friends for a day of fellowship, fun, and purpose all in support of Calvary’s ongoing outreach initiatives across Baltimore City.
